Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions at any time, even after an order has been placed.
Availability: Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of products purchased.
3. Orders and Payment
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Acceptance is subject to product availability and verification of payment and order details.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and other methods available at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Payment Issues: In the event of payment failures or disputes, you must contact our customer service team for assistance.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates only and depend heavily on the shipping location. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier service delays, strikes, natural events, or "Force Majeure" events.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Inspection: You must inspect the package upon delivery. Any damage or loss during shipping must be reported immediately as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: You can return products within 14 days of delivery if they meet the criteria outlined in our dedicated Return & Refund Policy.
Processing: Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality assurance team.
Timeline: Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
6. Warranty
Our products come with a 1-Year EPW India Warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page).
Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise under normal use conditions. It includes the repair or replacement of defective parts or products.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, external factors (fire, water, power surges), or normal wear and tear (including batteries).
Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and the warranty document that comes with the product.

Warranty Duration: The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Return Shipping: If your product is found to be defective and is covered under warranty, we will provide repair or replacement. However, the customer may be required to bear the initial shipping cost for returning the product to our facility.
Disclaimer: This warranty is exclusive and in place of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of EPW India Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPW India Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of any products from us. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
