Return & Refund Policy

At EPW India Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your refurbished IT purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our policy below to understand our terms and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You can return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In original packaging, including all accessories, security seals, and documentation included in the shipment.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Some products, such as personalized/customized items or those specifically marked as "Final Sale," are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at info@epwindia.co.in or call +91-4066146550 to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. You must send it to the return address provided by our team.
  • Step 4: Ship the item back to the provided address. Important: Please ensure you use a traceable courier service for the return shipment to ensure verification of delivery.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, EPW India Limited will cover the return shipping cost.

Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns based on personal preference (e.g., "changed mind" or "no longer needed"), the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping costs.

Note: Original shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria defined in Section 1.

Refund Method: If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, UPI, etc.).

Partial Refunds: If the returned item is missing packaging, accessories, manuals, or is not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund at our sole discretion.

5. Refund Timelines

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive and approve the returned product.

Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Bank Reflection: Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or specification, please follow the standard Return Process to receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notification: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Verification: For faster processing, we may request photos or videos of the damaged or defective item as proof.

8. Order Cancellations

Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you will need to follow the Return Policy upon delivery.

Refund for Cancellations: If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

9. Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Products customized or personalized to your specifications.
  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Sold As Is."
  • Software licenses (if applicable) once delivered/activated.

10. Replacement Time Frame

If you opt for a replacement for a defective item:

  • Dispatch: Replacement items will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility.
  • Delivery: Replaced products will be delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on your location.
