At EPW India Limited, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience from the moment you place an order to the delivery at your doorstep. Please review our shipping and delivery policies below:
1. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are applicable to all orders within India.
A standard shipping charge will be applied at checkout. This fee is calculated dynamically based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the product.
Free shipping is not available unless explicitly stated during a specific promotional campaign.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days for most major cities and towns.
- Remote Locations: Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2–4 business days.
- Delays: During peak seasons (Diwali, New Year), holidays, or special sales promotions, deliveries may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframe.
3. Dispatch Process
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your Tracking Number and the name of the courier partner.
4. Shipping Partners
We collaborate with reliable, industry-leading courier services to ensure the safety of your IT assets:
- Primary Partners: BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery.
- Secondary Partner: India Post (for specific pin codes where private couriers are not serviceable).
Based on your location and the fastest available route, we may use different courier partners.
5. Order Tracking
You can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time:
- Upon dispatch, use the provided tracking number on the courier partner's official website.
- Alternatively, you can visit the "Track Order" section on our website and enter your Order ID.
6. Delivery Address & Modifications
Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address (including Pin Code) and contact number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Modifications: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team immediately at +91 4066146550 or via email. Address changes can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts to your address.
If delivery fails due to your unavailability or an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Once the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
8. Delivery Exceptions
Serviceability: Certain areas (e.g., high-security zones, extreme remote locations) may not be serviceable due to logistical challenges. If that is the case, we will notify you immediately and provide alternative options or issue a full refund.
Force Majeure: Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, curfews, or government restrictions.
9. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our logistics network is strictly limited to India only.
10. Order Receipt & Inspection
For high-value electronics like laptops and monitors, we recommend careful inspection upon arrival:
Before Accepting:
- Inspect the outer packaging for any damage, crushing, or tampering.
- If the box appears crushed or severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
After Accepting:
- If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will assist you with the return, replacement, or refund process based on the warranty and return policy.
