Since these are pre-owned assets, some devices may have minor signs of cosmetic wear. We are transparent about this in the product description. However, we ensure that any cosmetic wear does not impact the functionality of the device.
9. What about the battery life on refurbished laptops?

Yes, we ship across India using reputed courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.

For orders within Hyderabad, delivery is typically 1-2 business days. For other parts of India, it usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and courier service availability.
18. Are there any hidden shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on most orders. However, for remote locations or heavy bulk orders (desktops/towers), nominal shipping charges may apply. This will be clearly calculated at checkout.
19. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Wallets. For B2B customers, we also accept bank transfers.
20. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for select locations. Currently, we offer COD only for Hyderabad orders.

For Hyderabad orders, yes, you can open the box and check the product before making the payment. For outstation orders, courier rules generally require payment before opening the box. However, our products are securely packed, and we offer a replacement guarantee for defective items.
